in traditional and modern medicine had a advantages and disadvantage. for traditional medicine, we can see on their coast. the coast mostly cheaper than modern medicine and they are from a natural plant and herbs. whereas the modern medicine like a pill had a some of drug. that's right, they can reduce the disease but if we always used this way, they can effect our health overall not now but will come for a long time.
Use the traditional medicines have an advantages and disadvantages. Like Jamaiyah said, I agree with you and I want add another thing that I think important to share with all the members. As we all know, many people use the traditional medicines especially old generation people like our grandmother and grandfather. The advantages use the traditional medicines is we can get the herbs very easy because many the herbs come from around the house like coconut, ginger, garlic and the others. Besides, cost to get the herbs cheaper than modern treatment. When we meet the doctor, we will charge even in government. Another advantage is the medical like pills have more drugs that can give another effect to our body. The pills are not to reduce but just to decrease the disease. Only one type of pills can use to one disease. The disadvantages use the traditional medicines is, we don’t know the benefit every single herbs that we use to cure the pain. We also never know the quantity of herbs to reduce the diseases. So, it can make another affect to our body and may be can give another diseases when use the herbs. Besides, some herbs need more time to reduce the pain than take a modern medical. So, we can see that, either use the traditional medicines or modern medicines have a positive and negative. In this case, we must learn more about the herbs before we use it.
Use the traditional medicines have an advantages and disadvantages. Traditional medicine is cheaper than modern medicine. The cost of the latter is increased by modern health technology which in many cases is in-appropriate or irrelevant to the immediate needs of people in developing countries. Also the cost of modern health care has recently increased due to the higher cost of basic commodities, fuel an agricultural produce. It is generally accepted that the cost of this type of medical program, which relies heavily on institutions and professional staff, is increasing faster than that of simpler health program, such as the traditional or indigenous system of medicine available in Asia and China.
Traditional medicine also is more accessible to most of the population in the third world. Traditional medicine enjoys a wider acceptability among the people of developing countries than modern medicine. This could be due partly to the inaccessibility of modern medicine as outlined in above, but the major contributory factor is the fact that traditional medicine blends readily into the socio cultural life of the people in whose culture it is deeply rooted.
Traditional medicine more wide reach and helps the whole body. And then, Modern Medicine gives quick results in most cases but has to be kept going on and on or the effects will stop. Traditional medicine takes time to work but its effects go on and on for months, if not more, and you don't need to keep taking it.
The disadvantage of traditional medicine is that it lacks the proficiency and efficiency in curing compared to the treatments available today. The traditional medicine cannot be verified scientifically and are therefore regarded with suspicion by modern doctor. This case because, the modern doctor do not believe effectiveness of traditional medicine. However, scientific explanations for the success of acupuncture have only recently been suggested, while this form of treatment has survived successfully in China for thousands of years and is now being practiced in developed countries including the USA. If it not for the creation of traditional medicines, would not have discovered the technology available to us today.
Irrespective of receiving daily oral or future injectable depot therapies, these require health care visits for medication and monitoring of safety and response. If patients are treated early enough, before a lot of immune system damage has occurred, life expectancy is close to normal, as long as they remain on successful treatment. 5 years ago I had warts, I was treated with some liquid applied to the warts they continued to grow and spread...
